1. General Use of this web site constitutes acceptance of our terms and conditions.
2. Purchases
a. All goods supplied remain our property until such time as they are paid for in full.
b. We accept cash - sent via recorded or special delivery, - postal orders, cheques or credit / debit card payments. Payments must clear before any goods are dispatched.
c. All credit / debit card payments are processed via a pdq machnine or on a secure server and your card details are fully encrypted, which means your credit/debit numbers are not displayed.
d. Prices exclude carriage which is added on the checkout page.
e. The prices displayed on this website is the total price for UK residents. Taxes for overseas deliveries are the buyers responsibility.
f. Our prices are displayed in GB Pounds (GBP £). If you are shopping from outside the UK you may be charged in local currency.
3. Delivery
a. All orders will usually be dispatched within 7 days of the order being received and payment cleared.
b. If the item ordered is out of stock it will be place on back order for dispatch as soon as available, if however the delivery time exceeds 30 days we will offer you an alternative product or a refund.
c. All Orders are sent by courier or Royal Mail and require a signature at the delivery point. If you instruct the courier to leave products unattended we cannot accept responsibility for loss.
d. We reserve the right to add an extra charge for delivery overseas depending on weight and destination.
e. Our FREE delivery offer is sent by 2-3 Day Courier or 2nd Class Post, we reserve the right to add an extra charge for priority delivery services if required.
4. Returns
Seven day product exchange:
If you return your product to us in its original packaging and resaleable condition within Seven working days of purchase, we will exchange it for something else, or refund your money less a 20% restocking charge.
When the product has been specially ordered for you the 7 day product exchange does not apply when the product has been tampered with, or is not in resaleable condition the 7 day product exchange does not apply.
Please return with the original (or copy) invoice and a returns note explaining why you want an exchange or refund.
More than 28 days old: All products carry a minimum 1 year guarantee. Once your product is more than 28 days old, and it is found faulty, we will repair it free of charge. It may take up to 6 weeks for repairs to be undertaken, depending on the complexity of the problem and the availability of spares.
Within 28 days of buying your product: If you think your product is faulty within 28 days of purchase, please contact us. We can offer you a prompt replacement or repair.
We will only replace when: The faulty product is in as new condition, complete with the original box, packaging, supplied accessories, and a copy of your invoice. In the event that you return good to us that are not in pristine condition, save for any manufacturing defects that may have caused you to return the goods to us, we will offer you a replacement value for the goods.
In the event of goods being returned to us, the responsibility for payment of delivery, rests with you, the customer.
Every care should be taken when selecting goods in terms of compatibility with operating systems. If in doubt please contact us before purchasing.
Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
5. Cancellation of orders
a. Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase at any point from the time of ordering until seven working days after delivery. To cancel this contract, contact our customer services team with your order number and your instruction to cancel.
b. If we have already shipped your order, you will need to package the relevant items and send them back to us. If we do not receive the item back from you, we may arrange for collection of the item from your residence at your cost. We will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that order as soon as possible, and in any case within 30 days after we receive your notification.
6. Returns/Cancellation Information

b. To inform us of a cancellation of order or a returns item please e-mail us or use the telephone number provided with your order Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
7. Descriptions
a. We take great care in describing products as accurately as possible, however, we do reserve the right to alter, withdraw or amend any description without prior notice, due mainly to manufacturers changes and improvements.
b. It is sometimes necessary to send a substitute item or improved version of a product, if this is not acceptable to you, please notify us at the time of placing your order. Where dimensions and sizes are given, these are approximate. Colours and materials may differ slightly to those shown due to colour variations through electronic media and connection quality. If in doubt, please contact us before you order for clarification purposes.
8. Privacy Policy
a. We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully.
b. All information is collected through the ordering/registration process (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).
c. We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service. We will not email you in the future unless you have given us your consent. We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us or another trader in the future.
d. The type of information we will collect about you includes:

e. We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct them promptly.
f. The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law. If we intend to transfer your information outside the EEA (European Economic Area) we will always obtain your consent first. We may use technology to track the patterns of behavior of visitors to our site. This can include using a "cookie" which would be stored on your PC. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening. The information collected in this way can be used to identify you unless you modify your browser settings.
